The 'Pip' Award

The Pip Award is awarded to individuals who put in the sort of massive effort into an event that Pip Gray herself is known for, even when it isn't expected (Kind of like a Chairman's Award).
Originally an award to give to Pip, we decided that having an award named after yourself was better than getting one.
